I studied her interests, values, and ideal client pain points, then translated them into a visual and verbal language that felt unmistakably her. Before development, I validated the direction with a moodboard and a fully designed homepage in Adobe XD.
A key part of the work was simplifying and securing the backend: removing unnecessary plugins (including an unused WooCommerce setup), fixing outdated configurations, and addressing default WordPress security issues that exposed sensitive information.
